Attention McCullough Residents beginning at 11 PM on Wednesday, October 21st, 2020 Pineville Communication Systems will be conducting a plant upgrade/cutover that will affect your service area. This work will cause a temporary disruption not lasting more than a few minutes to your Internet and/or Phone service as we complete our work. We are executing this work during the late evening on Wednesday and into the early hours of Thursday morning as to not affect our subscribers whom are either working from home and/or have children attending an online school platform.
There may be a small number of our subscribers that this minor disruption of service will result in the router losing its’ connectivity. If you find Thursday, October 22, 2020 that your service is not active simply do the following:
- Power cycle your Internet router. This should restore your service.
If after the router is power cycled your service is still not restored please contact the business office at 704-889-2001. The business office opens at 8 AM. A technician will be dispatched if we are unable to restore your service virtually from our office.
We appreciate your business and apologize for this brief disruption. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us at 704-889-2001.

PCS is currently one of only two municipally owned telephone companies operating in the United States. Because PCS is municipally owned, we are able to offer our residential customers some of the lowest rates in the state.
